Candidates can select exam center, exam date and slot as per their preference and real-time availability. Upon successful NMAT Registration, NMAC scheduling feature gets activated on the candidate login page, at the official website. Slot booking is the process to select date and time for the online exam based on your preference of exam center at one or more locations. Slot for the online exam is booked on first cum first server basis. As soon as slots starts getting booked, no of available slots for particular exam center would be reduced down. A2: Slot booking is the facility where candidates will be able to book their exam dates, exam shifts, and exam timings. However, NTA has eliminated this facility, and the officials of NTA itself randomly allocate the exam dates to the candidates. 4:40 PM: CAT 2020 slot 1 and slot 2 exams are over. The distribution of questions in both the slots was the same there were 26 questions in VARC and QA. In DILR there were 24 questions. The marking scheme of the exam is the same as every year that is +3 and -1. The total number of questions in the exam has been reduced to 76 from 100.

Your ETS Account
In order to register for the test, view your scores, and access other services, you'll need an ETS account. Prior to creating your account, be sure to review important information about The Name You Use When Registering, including what to do if you have a name change.
ID Requirements
You are responsible for bringing valid and acceptable identification on test day, and it must bear the first and last name you used when you created your account and registered for your test. See ID Requirements.

Reschedule or Cancel Your Registration
You can reschedule or cancel your registration at any time. To avoid forfeiting your entire test fee, you must do so no later than four days before your test date (10 days in Mainland China). Retaking the GRE General Test

- You can take the GRE General Test once every 21 days, up to five times within any continuous rolling 12-month period (365 days). This applies even if you canceled your scores on a test taken previously.
- The retaking a test policy will be enforced even if a violation is not immediately identified (e.g., inconsistent registration information). If the violation is identified after registration but before the test administration, the testing appointment will be canceled and test fees will be forfeited. If the violation is identified after test scores have been reported, the invalid scores will be canceled, score recipients will be notified of the cancellation and test fees will be forfeited.
